THE CAT OR KITTEN IS BEING PURCHASED AS A:

THIS SALE IS MADE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • Under no circumstances is the cat/kitten to be sold, leased, or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, or similar facility.
  • The Seller guarantees the cat/kitten described above is guaranteed for 72 hours against upper respiratory infection, fleas, worms, fungus, and earmites.
  • Purchaser agrees to have this cat examined by a veterinarian within 7 days of purchase date, at the Purchaser's expense, and to immediately return the cat for a full refund of the purchase price if the veterinarian's findings make the cat unacceptable as sold (ie., Pet, Breeder or Show Cat as indicated above).
  • This cat/kitten is sold as an indoor cat, and shall never be caged or tethered outside, nor allowed to roam freely outside.
  • Seller makes no guarantee as to the show quality of this kitten/cat.

ALTERING AGREEMENT

(Not applicable if cat/kitten is purchased as a breeder)

1. Purchaser agrees to alter this cat/kitten within the time frame suggested below:

    O Males: 6 to 8 months oldO Females:  6 to 8 months old

2. Purchaser will provide Seller with proof of altering in the form of a dated receipt from the certified veterinarian that includes a description of the animal involved. When Seller receives such form, Seller will provide a three generation pedigree and registrations.

3. If no proof of altering is received by the end of the time frame listed above, the purchaser will agree to pay the Seller the difference between the purchase price as listed on page one of this contract and the $1,000.00 cost of a breeder kitten or cat.

4. Should there be a medical reason as to why this cat/kitten should not be altered, the Purchaser should contact the seller with a written statement from a veterinarian stating the reason.  The Seller will not be responsible for any veterinarian expenses.
